We work hard to ensure your purchase is delivered to your home or office in the shortest time possible.

Shipping destinations...

We ship to most destinations within the United States of America. Currently, we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. 

We will only ship to physical street addresses. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

 

Orders will be shipped...

For Already Designed floral arrangements, shipping usually takes place 48 to 72 hours after payment has been received and verified.
 

For Custom Designed arrangements, because we are creating this arrangement specially for you, shipping will take place two to six weeks after payment has been received and verified.

 

When will I receive my arrangement?

For Already Designed arrangements, it should not take more than two to seven business days for your arrangement to arrive to the address specified. 
 

Custom Made orders, shipping is based on the availability of the materials in hand.  There may be cases in which we will need to place special orders to complete your creation.  We want you to be 100% happy with your arrangement.  This is why in few occasions, we may have to go further to complete your order. Therefore, please allow extra time for this to be done. We are certain that the wait is worth it. 

 

Other shipping options...

We use 'UPS Ground Services' for all deliveries.  UPS Ground delivery services normally takes from two (one, to some places) to seven business days. Refer to map above.

If you wish to use a different carrier or wish to have a different method for shipping. Please, contact us BEFORE placing your order.* 

If you already have placed your order. Your arrangement will be delivery under the terms mentioned above.

Other important information:

• Sales Tax:  We will only collect a mandatory 6.25% Sales Tax to Massachusetts' residents. All other states will not pay a sales tax.

• Cost for Shipping:  Our rates are based upon the weight and size of the package. In addition, UPS charges shipping based on the 'Shipping Zone' your state is located.

If you see an arrangement you like and would love to purchase it, use the *PayPal link provided. 
 
You will be transported to the PayPal website, where you will need to log into your PayPal account to complete the order. 

 

If you do not have a PayPal account, do not worry, you can still use your;

to complete the order. Just follow the instructions given by PayPal.

 

Please note that a 6.25% Sales Tax for Massachusetts' residents will be added to the final total at check out once you are in the PayPal site.
